Purchase Policy

Standard Rental Agreement

All deposits are NON refundable. Any cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled reservation will be charged the full amount. Cancellations with more than 72 hour notice will be refunded, less the deposit, within 15 business days. Balances to be paid 3 business days before the date of reservation, except shuttles, buses and corporate contracts which are due two weeks in advance. Overtime will be charged on an hourly basis at the hourly rate booked and begins 15 minutes after arranged drop-off time. Overtime charges will also apply to one-way transfers. Transfers are allotted one hour and overtime charges will apply beyond the 15 minute grace period, which also includes wait time, at the hourly rate booked. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination of service caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. accidents, traffic, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. We cannot guarantee make, model or color of vehicle, only type (i.e. SUV, Sedan, Van, etc.) Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by him or herself or any members of their party. Excessive clean-up is subject to a $150 fee and the sanitation fee is $350.00 for any bodily fluids. Alcohol Consumption of anyone under the age 21 and drug use by any passenger is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines and a fee $300 will be paid for by customer for each violation and there is a fee of $200.00 for each carpet or seat burn. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Client assumes full responsibility for infant and toddler seats and will be asked to install them personally. The driver has the right to terminate service without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
