To Our Valued Clients | COVID-19 Refund Policy

 We here at Skyline Limousine realize this is a challenging time for all of us, and our thoughts and best wishes are with you and your family.

We want to apologize for any delays in returning calls or emails, but as you can imagine, we have been experiencing a high number of cancelations for immediately upcoming events and travel plans.

 The current climate has caused us to review our policies so that we can manage new and existing bookings, and more importantly maintain your confidence in us so that we can move forward once our services are again needed.

 As a show of gratitude, we will provide you with a 10% discount off your current reservation if you would like to postpone your needs to any time before April 1, 2021.  This includes all weddings, airport transfers, Superbowl transportation, proms, concerts, corporate travel, sporting events, etc.  We will simply hold your reservation until you have rescheduled your event.

 If you are requesting a refund, Please allow up to 60 days for us to process your refund.  Again, if you would like for us to hold your reservation for whenever your event is rescheduled, we will do so and with a 10% discount to you!

 Skyline Limousine is open for business and we are here for you when you need us.  We are maintaining the utmost cleanliness of our vehicles and are taking all precautions to keep our passengers safe.
