Privacy Policy

By confirming your reservation with Skyline Limousine Services, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions.  You authorize Skyline Limousine Services and affiliates to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show.  Service is deemed rendered when the cancellation period is reached.

 

 

 Rates

•               Rates quoted for service provided by Skyline Limousine Services are estimates based on the information given at the time of request.  Final charges will be assessed upon service completion based on the actual services provided.

•               Additional charges may apply for service between 12:00 am and 6:00 am.

•               Additional charges may also apply to changes in routing or service, tolls, parking, ASAP orders, special requests and waiting time.

•               Rates are calculated by a permitted city’s central area of booking Orlando, Tampa, and Sarasota and may be higher based on the actual location where service is provided.

•               Rates are subject to change without notice but are confirmed at the time of booking.  However, changes in itinerary are subject to rate increases.

•               Rates are subject to increases during holidays and peak times.

Airport Service 

•               For All Meet & Greets, please call Skyline Limousine Services at 1-866-777-2685 if you do not see your driver by the baggage claim area.

•               Your credit card is a guarantee of your reservation.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid the total amount due to be charged to your credit card.  If you choose to pay your driver directly with cash, receipts can only be obtained by office personal.

•               Wait time and late fee charges will apply for delayed flights arriving after midnight.

•               Changes in service may result in additional charges.  For major changes or delays including lost luggage on arrivals, it is the responsibility of the passenger to contact Skyline Limousine Services at 1-866-777-2685.  Skyline Limousine Services will do its best to accommodate the passenger but may result in a delay and/or additional charges.  Due to earlier arrivals or delays, it may be necessary for Skyline Limousine Services to substitute vehicles that will still accommodate the number of passengers but will not result in any additional charges for upgrades unless the upgrade is requested by the passenger.

Point to Point Transfers

•               Additional charges may also apply to changes in routing or service, tolls, parking, ASAP orders, special requests and waiting time.

•               For point to point reservations, wait time will be charged after 15 minutes @ vehicles rate per Ό hr, after 30mins, vehicle will go hourly.

Wait Time / Stop Time

•               For point to point reservations, wait time will be charged after 15 minutes @ vehicles rate per Ό hr.

•               For airport meets, wait time charges will apply after 45 minutes of the estimated flight arrival time.

•               Skyline Limousine Services monitors all commercial flights; therefore, wait time charges will apply 45 minutes after the estimated arrival time.

•               Stops on route will be charged a minimum of $15. More than 2 stops or more than 30 minutes of wait time will go to an hourly rate.

Chartered Hourly Services

•               Minimum required hours must be paid in full 3day/72hrs of service.

•               Deposits may be required.  Non-refundable deposits are required for Weddings, Proms, some Events, Specialty Vehicles, and as advised at the time of booking.

•               Reservations must be secured with a credit card or cash and will be charged for cancellations as advised at the time of booking.

 

 

 

 

No-Show Policy

On all reservations you will be considered a no-show at 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time; if you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation.  To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Skyline Limousine by phone.

 

 

Vehicle Request Policy

Skyline Limousine Services reserve the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client's reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary by Skyline Limousine Services at 1-866-777-2685 or its Affiliates.  Skyline Limousine Services cannot guarantee specific vehicle color requests; however your preference will be noted at booking.

 

Reservation Change

Skyline Limousine Services requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 3 hours prior to service.  Changes are subject to availability.  If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancel you can be charged in full for the service.  Reductions in the amount of time or vehicle size ordered are NOT permitted once an order is confirmed.  Tours, Specials and Package Orders are NOT permitted to be changed.

 

Credit Card Presentation to Chauffeur

All Clients are required to sign work order with Driver at pick-up with the Actual Physical Credit Card Provided at Time of Booking; unless a Signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file with Skyline Limousine Services prior to pick-up or a Corporate Account or Individual Account has been activated and all required documents received.

 

Liability

 It is the utmost importance that all clients act in a responsible manner to preserve the conditions of our vehicles. The client is responsible for the actions of his/her guests in every regard to the services provided during rental.  Client and/or Cardholder are fully financially responsible for any damages and/or major cleaning to the vehicle during rental.  A minimum of $200 will be charged for cleaning vomit.  Damage in excess of the usual use and wear of the hired car will result in a minimum charge of $150 for the repair and general cleaning of the car.  Decision as to the usual wear and use of the car, rests with the company solely, and its experience as to general use of hired vehicles and its decision is final.  Skyline Limousine or affiliates are not responsible for any personal belongings or for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unknown or unforeseen mechanical failures or situation beyond our control. Smoking is prohibited in any Skyline Limousine vehicle.  No alcohol for anyone under 21 years of age.  Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers over 21. It is unlawful for any minors to carry any alcoholic beverage in the limo at any time and it is considered grounds for termination of the services without refund.  Any such items will be taken away from minors and they will be taken to our office for parents to reclaim with an appointment with the proper authorities.

           

Privacy Policy

Skyline Limousine Services and its Affiliates' do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties.  Skyline Limousine Services reserve the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.       

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by phone only.  All Cancellations made 3 days/or 72 hrs after booking will result in 20 % cancelation fee.  Skyline Limousine Services requires all airport cancellations be received no less than 24 hours prior to p/up time.  Roundtrip Orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders.  Group Charters, Packages, Specials & Tours: Skyline Limousine Services requires that cancellations be received no less than 7 days prior to event time.

If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your p/up time you will be charged in full for the reservation.  All Deposits are non-refundable; even if you cancel within the prescribed time frame.  The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frame or no-show at p/up.  If you cancel by the prescribed time frame the balance is waived.

 

 

 

 Surcharges

All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to; road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts may be billed to the client.

 

 

Payment Methods

Skyline Limousine Services accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard & American Express and Discover.  Credit Cards are charged prior to p/up time.  The Credit Card provided at booking must be present with cardholder at pick-up. Unless a Signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file and approved Skyline Limousine Services prior to pick-up or a Corporate Account has been activated and all required documents received. Request to Switch Credit Cards, are done by phone only.  Skyline Limousine Services Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash unless noted on reservation.  Please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur it will be considered an additional gratuity & cannot, by labor law, be recovered from Chauffeur.

 

 

 

Insurance Service Policy

Skyline Limousine Services utilizes, Affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services:

 

Limousines:

·         $1,000,000.00 combined single limit (CSL) each accident or split limits of

·         $500,000.00 bodily injury each person and

·         $1,000,000.00 each accident and

·         $100,000.00 property damages each accident.

Vans:

·         $300,000.00 combined single limit (CSL) each accident or split limits of

·         $125,000.00 bodily injury each person and

·         $300,000.00 each accident and

·         $50,000.00 property damages each accident.

 

Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature

Skyline Limousine Services and its Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.

 

Termination of any reservation

Skyline Limousine Services reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or the Skyline Limousine Services Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and /or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury.  Or, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be canceled without refund.  Skyline Limousine Services further reserves the right to refuse service in its sole discretion. This is without exception.

 

Rate Changes

Skyline Limousine Services and its Affiliates reserve the right to change rates at any time without notice.

Skyline is a 3PP and strives to protect the privacy of visitors to our website. Any information collected through Cookies and server logs is used to gauge how the site is being used and how Skyline can improve its visitors' online experiences and over-all service ,as a 3PP of for-hire vehicles. Any and all information collected is kept strictly confidential and no personal information is passed on to any  party outside of our strick booking process with highly selected vendors.

Use of the Skyline website does not require any form of registration or subscription. Visitors' information may be used from time to time to send you carefully screened e-mail specials or flyers that might be of direct interest to you. Any e-mail or fax message of this type will be labeled as coming from Skyline Limousine Services & Fleet Management. We will not share, transfer, or sell personal information you provide on our websites outside of Skyline Limousine Services & Fleet Management without your consent, unless legally required, as part of a business transfer or if done on an anonymous, aggregated basis for statistical purposes. We will take commercially reasonable steps to protect the security of personal information collected on our websites.

You can always contact us by simply sending us an e-mail addressed to info@skyline-limo.com with any questions, comments, or requests. You will need to provide your full name, telephone number and e-mail address so that we can be sure to be able to contact you. The information that you include in any of the online forms described above will not be encrypted prior to transmission so you should exercise good judgment about the nature of the information that you include in the form (e.g., do not include things like your credit card number in the comments field). The information that you include in those online forms will be used in responding to your questions, comments, and requests and as otherwise disclosed in this policy.
